OUR MISSION
Jesse Love Racing and the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life for children battling pediatric brain tumors and other childhood cancers and to raise awareness through our unique sponsorship program. We do this by adopting a child and making them an honorary pit crew member, but it's not just for one race, it's for as long as the child and family are in need of support and beyond. Our marketing partners have made a commitment to help us spread the word of encouragement to children and families battling cancer.
Jaclyn's Story
In 2004, nine-year-old Jaclyn was diagnosed with a medulloblastoma, a malignant brain tumor. Through chance events, she became connected to and later adopted by a collegiate lacrosse team as an honorary team member.
Later, Jaclyn shared her dream of helping all of the sick children in the hospital with her family. In 2005, the Murphy Family created Friends of Jaclyn Foundation to improve the quality of life for children battling pediatric brain tumors, allowing them to: Live in the Moment... Play in the Moment. Today Friends of Jaclyn has helped over 760 families with brain tumors and other childhood cancers.
About Jesse Love & FOJ
Jesse started his racing career at five in quarter-midgets. He never stops pushing the team, its drivers, and crew. He has racked up numerous Regional, Track, State, and National championships. He is commonly known around the tracks as “The Hammer”. In 2020 Jesse became the youngest driver to win the ARCA Series West Championship in NASCAR History and then repeated that accomplishment in 2021 and in 2023 is the NASCAR ARCA Champion.
In 2019 Jesse and his team "adopted" William, a young man fighting cancer. William and his family attended races, received phone calls and videos helping to support him throughout his battle with cancer and that support continues today.
